Debra began her career in the tax industry in 1996 as a receptionist at a local tax firm. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for serving clients, she purchased the firm in 2008, establishing D. Moody & Associates.
Committed to professional excellence, Debra earned the prestigious Enrolled Agent (EA) designation in January 2010 after completing extensive education and meeting rigorous IRS requirements. She is also an active member of the National Society of Tax Professionals. As an Enrolled Agent—the highest credential awarded by the IRS—Debra is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and is recognized for her expertise in tax preparation, planning, and representation.
Known throughout the Belton, Texas, community for her knowledge, integrity, and personalized service, Debra has built lasting relationships with clients who value her commitment to helping them navigate their tax and financial needs with confidence.
Outside of the office, Debra's faith and family are at the heart of everything she does. She and her husband, Gregg, are blessed with four children, 15 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Along with their two beloved dogs, they enjoy spending time together, creating lasting memories. Debra also has a passion for gardening and loves spending time outdoors whenever she can.

Shawna has been a valued member of the D. Moody & Associates team since March 2010. As Office Manager, Senior Payroll Administrator, and Bookkeeper, she plays a key role in ensuring the firm's daily operations run smoothly while providing exceptional service to clients. Before joining D. Moody & Associates, Shawna spent 11 years in management at a local financial institution, bringing extensive leadership and financial expertise to the team.
Outside of the office, Shawna's faith and family are at the center of her life. She and her husband, Ronnie, have been married for over 21 years and enjoy spending quality time with their five children and four grandchildren. Whether they're camping, exploring the outdoors, or simply making memories together, Shawna cherishes every opportunity to be with her family.

Lorraine began her career in tax preparation in 1997. In 2003, she joined a local tax firm in Belton, where she began working alongside Debra Moody. She has been a valued asset to the firm since 2008, when Debra purchased the business.
Dedicated to providing exceptional tax services, Lorraine pursued extensive education and rigorous training to earn the prestigious Enrolled Agent (EA) designation in 2013. As an Enrolled Agent, she is federally licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers in all matters before the agency. The EA credential is the highest tax-related credential awarded by the IRS and reflects Lorraine's expertise, professionalism, and commitment to serving her clients.
Faith and family are at the center of Lorraine's life. She enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and has a passion for traveling. Lorraine and her husband, Victor, have been happily married for 35 years. Together, they have three children, two grandchildren, and one lovable, crazy dog who keeps life entertaining.

Tanya began her career in the tax industry in 2006, serving as an Office Manager with Jackson Hewitt for five years. Prior to returning to tax preparation full-time, she pursued her passion for cosmetology, earning her Cosmetology License and successfully owning and operating her own salon for more than 12 years.
In 2018, Tanya returned to the tax profession on a part-time basis with D. Moody & Associates during tax season. In 2026, she joined the firm full-time, bringing more than 20 years of tax experience, knowledge, and tax preparation expertise to the team. She is currently working toward earning her Enrolled Agent (EA) credential.
Tanya specializes in helping clients establish new businesses and transition existing entities into LLCs and corporations. She also assists businesses with payroll processing, providing dependable support to help clients stay organized and compliant.
Faith and family are at the center of Tanya's life. She is the proud mother of four children, grandmother of three grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with her mom. Whether she's cooking, playing games, visiting the park, or simply relaxing with her family, Tanya treasures every opportunity to create lasting memories.
One of her greatest joys is cheering on her two younger sons as they play football—one at Baylor University and the other at Lake Belton High School. Supporting them alongside her family is a passion they all share.
Tanya's goal is to ensure every client leaves with confidence and peace of mind, knowing they are in capable, caring hands.
